  Rude staff Treated passive agressive for not having ID then I made a light joke about how ill still be ID when im 35, I look young for my age at 28 and in response the young guy who was clearly new there, just said have a nice day, after the woman looked me up and down asked for ID and said cant allow it. The boy serving asked the lady working behind him if she could ID me and after i didn't make any issues at all they still acted like I was trying to make a problem. Maybe remeber if someone isn't being bad at all dont be rude to them even in passive agressive body language, it was like okay go very nutrual and professional because they're a problem..I still said thanks and just left feeling disrespected, because I didn't have ID I was made out as some some bad person to them and those in the que. It all just felt weird, unprofessional and just very uncomfortable. At least I left with what they allowed me to buy...wont be back any time soon especially after seeing another review about staff being rude to another person before writing this...hope they actually care about the reviews at least...I also dont think its all staff...but feels like a gamble sometimes on if you'll be respected or given some cold, passive grey rock method, uninterested behavour or demeanour shifts from being weird to have a nice day in a very nutrual tone...Hope they try to be more respectful toward people in future.

  I have discovered where fresh cushions are born! Homesense is where fancy lamps quietly sit, whispering to one another about the day they’ll finally get to light somewhere wonderful. This is the place where small ceramic animals look across at small rugs, mirrors, candles and wonderous foodstuff all waiting to be adopted into the next chapter of someone’s home. Homesense is not so much a shop as it is an emporium. For a little while I completely forgot who and where I was. It's a good job they don't have a coffee shop in there!!

  Treated rudely in store by a staff member so my previous review went from 5* to 1*. Rude at the till with absolutely 0 customer service
